Smart-i-tag™aka Pet Locator™, Smart-E-tag™, Smart-i-sticker™ respects each individual's right to personal privacy.  We will collect and use information through our Web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement.  This statement applies solely to information collected at Smart-i-tag™ Web site.

Part I.  Information Collection
Smart-i-tag™collects information through our Web site at several points.  We collect the following information about primary visitors: Smart-i-tag™,Pet Locator™, Smart-E-tag™, Smart-i-sticker™, ID PIN/Code, associated password, contact numbers, name, address, city, state, zip.

Smart-i-tag™does not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask a child under 13 to divulge personal information.
We collect general data that is not personally identifiable information.  

We verify the accuracy of this information by Pin/Code, serialized distribution carrier, password, Smart-i-tag™ distribution center.

We collect this information through registration and order forms.  Dissemination of the information to Smart-i-tag™ is voluntary. The information is collected voluntarily.   To receive our products and services, the Pin/Code, associated password, and contact numbers are mandatory because your Pet Locator™, Smart-E-tag™, Smart-i-sticker™ have to be activated.  Other information we request is optional. 

We do employ cookies. A cookie is a small text file that our Web server places on a user's computer hard drive to be a unique identifier. Cookies enable Smart-i-tag™ to track usage patterns and deliver customized content to users.  Our cookies do not have an expiration date. Our cookies do collect personally identifiable information.  That information specifically is your Pin/Code, associated password, and contact numbers, so we may protect you in the future should you desire to change your contact information.

Part II.  Information Usage.
The information collected by Smart-i-tag™ will be used for internal purposes.  Users who provide information will receive Smart-i-tag™ products, services, email announcements or advertisements. 

Registered users will receive additional announcements from us about Smart-i-tag™ products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications.

The information we collect will be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history.  We will not supplement information collected at our Web site with data from other sources such as credit history to authorize purchases.

We may share data with the following third parties: shipping companies, credit card companies, other legal services to facilitate your purchases.  These third parties will use the information as follows: for purchases.  Users may opt in or opt out to have your information shared with third parties.
